Biblical analyses
I have always been fascinated by the Bible. Although the quality of its literature often leaves to be desired, it is a fundamental book for anyone who wants to learn about European and American culture. It is virtually impossible to learn any European language without knowing the Bible.
The Bible is a work of fiction, written over many generations. The only real problem with it is that millions of people, especially Americans, claim that they believe that it is the inerrant word of a supernatural, all-powerful and all-knowing being they call God.
As such, this is their right. However, these people are currently scheming and planning to help this God by facilitating chaos and war. These people are also preventing society and science to advance. Because of that, their delusions concern us all.
How true is the Bible, especially the New Testament? This is what I am trying to find out.
My first project is Joseph, the man who is said to have raised the hero of the New Testament, Jesus Christ.
You can find this here, but please, take into account that this is a work in progress. Comments on what I wrote are welcome, but I do not really need to hear comments about how I “neglected” to take into account the Gospel of Luke, if I haven’t even started to read it. I’ll come to it. In time.
