PTPA is the abbreviation of:
Percutaneous Transluminal Peripheral Angioplasty

In medical lab tests (such as urinalysis), but also elsewhere, two abbreviations often appear and seem to be almost never explained for the casual reader (patient). They are also not always written exactly the same way.
ql. stands for qualitative, also written as QL or ql
qn. stands for quantitative, also written as QN or qn
